Summer Strength and Conditioning
Summer Strength and Conditioning starts May 20 and runs from 4:00 o.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through July 26. The program is open to all rising 8-12 grade SAS students. This is a great opportunity for our students to get in condition, increase their speed and strength, and improve their running form. Sessions take place at Wood-Alligood Gymnasium. Questions?
