Pre-registration for the 2024 Knitting Getaway will open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday August 15, and will close at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22. A lottery will be held after August 22, and pre-registrants will be notified of the results of the lottery by August 31, with registration and payment of all fees due before September 15.

On campus housing for 2024 will be in dormitory rooms on the Shakerag campus, and only double rooms will be available. Those selected in the lottery and registering before September 15 will be guaranteed a place in a double room on campus for the Knitting Getaway. Alternatively, registrants may choose to stay off campus, in housing of their choice.

Pre-Registration for the 2024 Knitting Getaway has closed

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a member of the Shakerag staff will contact you to confirm your space in the workshop and to iron out any details. Those who would like to take two or more workshops at Shakerag are encouraged to register for any of the three sessions. On Saturday and Sunday between sessions, participants may join Shakerag staff members for lunch. There is no additional charge for staying through the weekend.
