Tuition for all 2023 week-long workshops is $1400. All meals are included as part of the tuition fee.
As many of you know, two of our major dorms are being renovated during the summer of 2023. This year we will be limited to 30 dormitory rooms on campus. We are currently exploring the options for off-campus auxiliary housing in a University of the South dormitory, 2 miles away. If we can secure that housing, we will offer regular shuttles between that dormitory and the Shakerag campus.
Given the housing situation, we have decided to separate housing from the tuition and fees payment for all sessions. When you register, you will pay half of tuition (meals included in tuition), and the remaining half will be due after January 15 when we will know more about our auxiliary housing. At that time, we will inform you of our housing options, and you will pay for housing with your second tuition payment.
We will know in January whether we have any single rooms on campus, or if single rooms will be limited to the off-campus dormitory. Those of you registering between August 15 and January 15 will be guaranteed a place in your chosen workshop and on campus housing in a double room. Registered participants will be able to confirm or to change their housing choice in January.
The cost for a single room for Sessions II and III in 2023 will be $400; the cost of a double room will be $200 each.
