About The Artist
Sherri Warner Hunter is an artist, teacher, and author. Her artwork includes large scale public commissions, personal pieces for exhibition, and community-based projects. Sherri’s work is included in numerous private collections and can be viewed publicly at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University, the Executive Residence of Nashville in Tennessee, McLaren Healthcare Village in Clarkson, MI, and on the St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School campus. She has written two books. The most recent, Creating Concrete Ornaments for the Garden, was published by Lark Books and developed from expertise honed through decades of teaching studio workshops. Sherri's work was part of the 1st International Mosaic Intervention project in Puente Alto, Chile.
